I’ve written for the September issue– an article about building value online. Having worked in sales in the educational market, I know how important it is to build value before going in for the close. But unlike person-to-person sales, when selling online, you can’t build value the same way you would in a traditional form- so this was a cool article to write and I sure hope it helps ecommerce business owners increase that ROI.
